This is a bit of a long question but maybe i can get some opinions here. I'm booking an Aeroplan flight next summer from Edmonton (YEG) to Warsaw (WAW) or Poznan (POZ).

Here are my options for the Toronto to Warsaw/Poznan leg:
1. YYZ-WAW on LO's 787 in Economy = $275 + 60,000 miles
2. YYZ-WAW on AC Rouge's 767 in Premium Economy = $400 + 75,000 miles
3. YYZ-CPH-POZ on AC's 787 in Premium Economy = $425 + 75,000 miles
4. YYZ-FRA-POZ on AC's 777 HD in Premium Economy = $445 + 75,000 miles

Basically i am wondering if the fare difference between LO economy (who does not carry a carrier surcharge like AC) and AC premium economy is worth it. From what i've read there are a lot of complaints about the 787 economy seats. SeatGuru actually puts LO's seats slightly narrower than even AC's in economy so i was wondering about getting into the AC PE cabin for the difference you see above. Noe that this price premium is for one way travel. The miles is for the return ticket. The return flight will be on LO in economy.

Any thoughts?
