Again, nothing to do with the crash. 4U is a so called KTV carrier, so LH mainline pilot wages apply. LH is basically freezing the 4U to its 2014 state in terms of aircraft and associated pilots (with their wage bill) and all new/expansion EW stuff will happen under EW owned operated aircraft with EW wages. The 4U fleet cannot be eliminated and all pilots fired unless LH group goes into bankruptcy, German labor law is making sure of that.
