Thanks for all your input. Once again fellow FF come to the rescue. I wasn't aware of quikbook, but tried it and ended up getting into the Hilton Garden Inn for 199.00. I couldn't get the Hyatt AAA rate, so I opted to keep it with either a Hilton or Marriott property.
