Normally you get some Dekra certificate anyway. Normally if the car has still the original warranty you shoudn´t have a problem. Perhaps try to negotiate a warranty extension (Euro Plus Garantie - only found the german site: http://www.bmw.de/de/topics/service-...rleistung.html).
