Have a BRG reservation here at the end of this month. The BRG was approved because no availability was found on spg.com because of a minimum stay requirement.

An agent a the hotel sent me the conformation email with 2 Queen beds. I asked that she changes the bed type from 2 queens to 1 king. I was told there were no availability and if someone cancels, she would give it to me. I then went to spg.com and made a booking for a king bed for 2 nights (which was the minimum stay) requirement and sent her an email saying cancel the reservation and change my booking to a king bed. I really don't know why I have to go through all of this just to change the bed type.
