4U will continue to exist, the AOC will stay, only difference is that it will operate for EW, similar to EN or CL operating flights for LH under LH marketed flight number(s).

The same principle applies to EW longhaul: its operated by Sun Express D (XG) for EW. The EW ops ex VIE is EW Austria operating for EW.
