Don't be too optimistic... That's what I thought when the 2nd and 3rd flight were introduced to SFO. Many times, I have hard time booking CX flights. It's usually full, no seat available in Y or PY, can't fly J And my trip is usually last minute within 72 hours. At times, I wonder are the air tickets for CX seriously sold?????? One thing for sure, when I fly transpacific route on CX, I never see an empty seat in Y & PY. As I usually fly out of SFO on Friday night for a Sunday arrival in Asia before starting work on Monday.

Twice, I have to fly BR as they even have PY within 12 hrs of departure for Friday late night flight
