I'm going to book an award flight using IB Avios for IB3340 (MAD-RAK, 2 hrs) in March 2016. Because of the current discount, "Blue" economy is 4500 Avios +$30-40 in fees, and business class is 9K Avios and about the same amount in fees. Based on the seats themselves, it's probably not worth the extra Avios. The meals in business would be a bonus, but not enough to justify the extra Avios. But if I get good lounge access in MAD, then I'll do business. Because MAD-RAK is more or less domestic (A320), am I correct in thinking that I would have access to Dali lounge?
