Stayed at the Park close to a week ago and thankfully they moved me into a high floor corner room - I am back to SPG-nobody-status too. Other than that nice gesture, the hotel felt pretty bland, sterile and lobby staff attitude is pretty mediocre. I felt that everyone was disinterested in working there, and surprise surprise, my partner said exactly the same thing after we checked out. I guess they get enough corporate bookings - and don't care about the common leisure traveller - anyway, I won't be recommending this hotel to anybody.
