It's a highly rated property when it was Grand Millennium Sukhumvit though. Also I realized it's quite a distance to walk to anywhere in Sukhumvit except those who delight in having their drinks at Soi Cowboy.
I do not think Pullman Sukhumvit is close to Soi Cowboy. Soi Cowboy is in Nana right? It is quite far walk.

I think Grand Sukhimvit which is another property is quite near to Soi Cowboy
