They were still manually writing down accor numbers and granting access to the lounge (at check in) based on physically having the card or showing them the number on the app. Simply telling them you were platinum wouldn't have cut it and in fact, accor numbers and statuses from reservations were not at all being transferred to the hotel.

That said, very nice hotel. Decent lounge, nice personnel. Will likely add it to my regular rotation in bkk.
