Each one is likely correct for some part of the itinerary. A call to BA should be enough to explain it.

I had an odd issue recently where I only knew two of the three. For some reason AA had split CPH-LHR on its own PNR when issuing the ticket, separate from the next flight of LHR-JFK which was also on BA.
