Agreed that you won't have a problem. If you're expecting something like the AF lounge in CDG, you'll be sorely disappointed. But if you're looking for a lounge with decent food options that's a step up from the UA club, the AF lounge will certainly suffice for that.

I'd allocate 15 minutes between terminals whether walking or taking the shuttle.
