Do I get Altitude points if I booked a flight with 'Air Miles'?
We're planning a trip on my GF's Air Miles points (not Aeroplan). I have no idea what booking class it will be, and if such flights give you any points?!

Anyone have an idea how does Air Canada flighted booked on Air Miles work? Is it just a simple booking paid by Air Miles? or would it be a specific class that would yield no points/miles just like Aeroplan bookings?
