Question BA tier downgrade - when does the website show this?
Hi,

At what point does your online BAEC profile start showing evidence of a 'Soft Landing' from your current tier to the tier below? Obviously the status-bearing card is lost at the expiry date of the card, but I'm interested in the 'first indication' of the downgrade occurring on the web site.
