We just got back from Beaune, stayed there 3 days and had a wonderful time, we stayed at the Hostellerie de Levernois, the name of the restaunrant is Gourmet restaurant it was WONDERFUL pricey but worth it. The whole dinner take about 3 hours... The cheese cart is very impressive! We did eat in Beanue, and the food was good but not on the same level as Gourmet restaurant
