And a better alternative is not an airline serving better sandwiches, like some people on FT assume, it is an airline with more frequencies, shorter connections etc.
I do not see too many alternatives for a vast majority of lucrative accounts in both Germany and France, so those strikes are only a minor factor when it comes to loyalty.
