There is Fast Track immigration. You need a sticker on yor boarding pass. If you are using a print at home BP, ask the check in desk for a BP and sticker or just a sticker for your print out.

Having said that if you have an EU chipped passports, you can use the e-gates and avoid the immigration desk all together. With a non-EU passport, I find it harder to leave the country compared wih entering it. Immigration staff have a real attitude there.

Security is at the gate. No Fast Track. You get to use the Menzies lounge for BA. Ask for directions when you check in. Its not easy to find.
