The EDI lounge is one of the better examples of BA's money on the ground being well spent. The refurbishment has been designed to fit the more modern requirements of life, and in my opinion can be either a vibrant, relaxing, or productive place to spend an hour or so. The EDI staff are a good fusion of both old and new, and the manager I seem to remember being very pleasant......even if she does rule that the porridge must be made via the Scottish method using water.

NCL just needs a good old bit of TLC after no major refurbishment for the last 15 years, although is looking much better since the March 2014 furniture semi refresh. All else generally seems to be fine the times that I have been there though.
