Ah, well I guess this is a Joint Business sector, if so I think you do have access if in AA business class. However the usual rule is BA metal only at the Arrivals lounge, they are extra strict there on admission criteria. The problem I have is that I haven't seen any recent anecdote either confirming or denying this JB arrangement. If it's not JB then definitely no access.
