Reissued the last segment of a multi carrier award (original cost: 85K AM, from wifey's account).

It was CPT-JNB in U. Account shows a debit and a credit (the next day) for 25k AM on the same date (wrong processing of the change? 25k is what a biz seat would cost)..

Then there's the correct change fees (1K AM), charged the next day.

And then, a 'double AM btw CAN/HKG and SWP/SEA/NAM' for 10,074..the J mileage on JFK-HKG, that we flew recently (but not an ex CAN/HKG ticket).

Not complaining, but...
