I understand I'll loose UG capabilities, though this shouldn't matter between SEA-JFK (AFAIK).

You probably won't lose the seats or be charged for them, unless they change planes in which case you'll probably be moved to C- unless you pay.

I've been upgraded SEA-JFK as PM. As AS MVP Gold I think you're still technically eligible, but with no priority.
