They didn't see the Ord - Fra seats so I had to book it online (which worked fine) and then had to call and get hit with change fees to add the MCO segment. Bunch of crap.

You should have stayed on the phone with the agent while you booked ORD -FRA in F and gave her the confirmation number right there and then and demanded she make the change at no charge!
