I'm unlikely to sleep through more than one, the second one is across the room, and I'm also unlikely to make mistakes setting all of them (a problem with 12-hour clocks where the AM/PM indicator is a small dot...).

Twice, I've set the clock for 4pm instead of 4am but ended up waking up anyway.
