Several years ago, I used to rent frequently from Alamo and credit to WN. I don't remember what the exact process was when the points didn't post, but I'm certain it was electronic (web or email), could be initiated shortly after the rental, and would be resolved quickly. So it's disappointing to see that the only published resolution involves snail-mail. And that the FT workaround means waiting a month.
In my case, I had a rental last week and the $6 FF surcharge disappeared between pickup (rental agreement) and return (receipt). So I'm not optimistic...
