What is going on with the Phone Center and LH F Awards
Pulling my hair out in frustration trying to make award changes through the Phone agents... its like they can't see LH F availability, but it shows on both UA, and Aeroplans site.
It also books fine through the website, but I needed to add an economy flight to my award, so of course since the agents can't see the First availability I had to book it and then get hit with a change fee to add the economy segment.
Now its happening again on a business award I want to change to first... I see the availability fine and all, but they can't see it.... whats going on
