I have quite a number of flights coming up on non refurbished aircraft.
This is the norm for me. I will probably regret saying this but..I have only ever had one instance of non working IFE.
JFK-LHR day flight, a lot of the WT+ had the same problem and despite several reboots it never got going.
MrD decided to send off an email, he got a 'proper' reply to state that it had been reported by the crew with a nice apology and 8500 avios.
I got the same even though I didn't complain directly to CS.
This was a good service recovery for both of us.
