That terminal is quiet big. We have several heavy luggages. We would like to be dropped off at the right place and go straight to the counter. Anybody here had flown from Bangkok recently?

For some reason finnair customer service I spoke with didn't know the location of their own counter. All they told me was at floor level 4. The other airlines show on web site exactly at which row their counters are located.
