Only thing I can think of is visiting the Grand Mosque. Getting out of the airport didn't take long when I did it and it's not a very far drive from the airport. Entry to the mosque closes at 9:30 pm.
Oh DUH why didn't I think of that! Yeah absolutely that is what he should do!
