IME HPs still have the old coffee in the silver packets with the plastic tray thingy. HRs have the new white with magenta Starbucks packages with trays that look deeper but seem to fit into the same coffee makers, although I usually find the new and slightly different type coffee makers with the new coffee packets. IIRC I've seen the new coffee makers in a HP, but with the old coffee.
