In addition to availability, you are going to run into two more issues:
1. Segment max. You will probably be limited to four segments (what UA's fare rules call "transfers") in each direction. That's going to make this a challenge.
2. Two oceans. Sometimes UA will allow an itinerary to cross two oceans, sometimes they will not. Be prepared to run into that barrier.
Of course you will have to call to book this itinerary, and it will take quite a bit of patience.
