Working assumptions
1. Open jaws allowed (so can fill gaps with non-OW flights)
2. You can start anywhere in the world, but you have to end there too (otherwise it's too easy)

My first bid would be 1670 TPs as follows:
CPH-HEL-LHR-JFK-BOS-PHX-LAX-HNL and back in I and P (40+80+140+60+210+60+210 ) x 2 = 1670
(or 1740 if you go F LHR-JFK).
I'm sure someone can improve on that...
The target is 3360, at 16 sectors max and 210 TP for a longhaul first class sector,booked on an AONE4 or similar. I can't construct that but I think you could do:
LHR-JFK-GRU-JFK-LAX-NRT-SIN-SYD-JNB-DOH-CAI-LHR which is 11 sectors, so 2310 TP at 210 TP/sector. Doubtless you could add in a further four sectors in business for an extra 160TP.
