no lie flat seat - that is not only due to TG, but just due to the seat manufacturer they selected to purchase seats. their 74N with EADS Evolys seats was just fitted with those, because the Solstys seats are not authorized to be put on a 747 airframe (no license for that). sure, TG could just have chosen a different seat supplier... but that was seemingly not in the cards.
