This stinks - the site interface is circa 1980 and I can't get the information I need to file my expense report! Furthermore, the customer service hasn't been able to help.

Customer Service, through email (1kVoice) asked me to send in the 016 charge numbers from my credit card. A few days later, I was able to retrieve the information. And now it works fine. So maybe have them try that? Let them know it worked for someone else.
Ahhhh yes, I remember the internet back in 1980....oh wait. Nevermind.
