Inflight receipt site does NOT work
It's been 45 minutes, I've spoken with 2 individuals at United Customer Service and spent most of the time on hold...the site continues to report "receipt not found" even AFTER I've put in all the necessary information...
This stinks - the site interface is circa 1980 and I can't get the information I need to file my expense report! Furthermore, the customer service hasn't been able to help.
Anyone else figure out a way around this?
