I was in copenhagen flying to SFO a month ago on a similar connection. I arrived at the airport one hour before departure and everything went smoothly from check in to boarding. However, I do propose that you do in advance online check in for your flights to avoid any possible unforeseen delays in your arrival at the airport.

FYI I was holding a first class ticket with CPH-FRA sector was in business class.
