I'm not quite sure what you mean. The LON-DUB flight will be on a separate ticket so you can just buy the cheapest economy ticket available, whether in cash or avios.

The DUB-LON will automatically book into business unless it's an economy-only EI flight. No material difference in price though you can save a few quid using LGW rather than LHR.
