I think BA offers a decent F product. I like the seat and also the cabin as well as the service! The only thing were BA F falls short compared to others like LH or LX is the ground product. CCR is not that impressive compared to the LH F lounges. And international transfers in LHR are just a pain. I still have a hard time to believe that BA cannot do anything about the fact that F passengers have to use the same so-called fast track as everyone else and end up waiting for 20 minutes to pass security again. It would be great if BA could fix and improve the transfer process for F passengers (and maybe CCR card holders for that matter).
