Some rates do include 20% off laundry, spa and F&B. Especially in summer, in winter your chances are lower. Often with a minimum stay requirement (5 or 7 nights+). A word of warning: You'll have to keep reminding them for every single check to take it off. At least this is the way it was. Really bothersome.
