As to jr/sr’s repeatedly saying Marriott should be afraid of being sued – forget it – NO cause of action as the member eventually gets their points posted and NO cause of action as these points are NOT property that belong to the member (can’t be inherited and you certainly haven’t paid taxes on this “lost” income/property) so you can say it over and over again but saying it ain’t gonna make it true.
