Another data point:
JFK - SFO, 5 weeks out for $119, only 2 seats taken already in C+ (on a 76Z v2). It's higher than anything reported in the wiki for domestic flights, and there's nothing in the spreadsheet for JFK-SFO.
V fare, AS MVP if that makes a difference.
