One of the worse stories I've read on here. It would be entirely unacceptable in Y, but in CW that's just incredible and an indictment of the airline's culture.

Given that hygiene is an issue that keeps coming up on this forum with regard to BA flights, there obviously is something structurally amiss. I hope Aer Lingus won't embrace that part of BA culture.
