T5 security tray challenge- a personal record
I am pleased to announce that in North Security this evening as I waited patiently for my tray to arrive (it had clearly been put into something of a tray holding pattern as people behind me in the queue were picking up their things before me) I managed to remove 7 empty trays from the conveyor and place them into the empty tray section. It's a personal record, my previous best having been 5.
It was surprisingly therapeutic and a good way of passing time, But on a serious note are there signs directing people to place empty trays away? If not then I suggest that they should be introduced, or the staff should tell people to do so, along with the standard "liquids, laptops in tray" direction. It's quite incredible how many people lack common sense and/courtesy.
