Well if all it takes to support a premium route is a long upgrade list, why aren't more routes seeing premium aircraft? I've seen 40-50+ deep upgrade lists for ATL-Florida and even IND-DTW. Does a long UG list mean IND-DTW could support a D1 equipped bird?

The second half of this isn't the only part I disagree with. Fully agree that anyone will always accept a freebie, and that that can cause a downward spiral in service, but up until recently standard domestic F was overpriced for what you got. FCM seems to be finally finding a good balance between cost and product.
