Sorry for all confusion.
I visited so many WG that day and got confused.
At first all I could remember was that there was a failed transaction after many attempts there.

Later I started to remember that I may tried to purchase two card and just one was successful. I still can't recall exactly what really happened.

All I did was purchased OV and kept stock of them in home. Yest. was 1st and my RB card limits was reset and I used all of my cards and found that $500 was missing.

After researching all the receipts, OV Cards found that there was a extra OV card which has not been activated.

Now I don't know what to do.
