A new Lounge has opened in VCP (the only one there now) within the past couple months. I did not have access to it flying J on AA, but I did have acces via Lounge Club (and maybe Priority Pass?). Anyways, it was a small, but comfy lounge with plenty of seats (maybe 25% full) and had decent snack food and drinks. It's right after you clear immigration up the escalator on the left.
