Lufthansa has a 22 hour layover on our flight LAX - MUC - BOM . Flight reached MUC at 1.35 PM and BOM flight is at 11:30 AM the next day.

we are 2 adults and 1 child(12 yr old)

1) Assuming we get out much at 3 pm , would that evening (month of June) be enough to see the main attractions in Munich?
2) Does Lufthansa provide overnight accommodation?
3) I read on airport website that we can keep our luggage at airport when we go out for touring the city so that shouldn't be a problem.
4) What attractions would you recommend in MUC ? Can we do something the next day morning (early) ?
