Unbelievable, i just called the BA Gold line as ba.com would not accept CLUBEUROPE50 as a promotional code. I thought the 20K flight allocation may have been used up but agent had no idea about the promotion whatsoever. She spoke to a couple of supervisors who had not a clue either.
