The Hotel Prisma in Barcelona definetely comes in as #1 on my list.
One barely had space to slide the suitcase by the wall mounted single bed, the miniscule bathroom was slightly larger than the room itself... Conference rate: ESP 14,900 (At that time USD 100)...
