Do all flyer talkers only stay at upscale places??
Nobody mentioned two US chains known for small rooms. Sleep Inns and My personal nomination...MICROTELL. (the name's a clue!) My favorite parts are the fact there is no recessed closet. It is an furinture kind of thing with a sloping top. THE TV is bolted to it! That way you can lie in bed and sort of look at the celing and watch TV. The room is so small the tv cannot fit at eye level, and must be watched lying down!!! The dresser drawers are under the sink in the bathroom. Three cusions on the window ledge serve as a second bed.
However they are clean and cheap...
